「龙虾班尼蛋」不得不说这个班尼蛋本身味道还是不错的首先底下的面包不是那种一般外皮特别硬里面也很难咬的sourdough，而是相对比较松软的厚吐司虽然蛋黄因为火候控制不好一个已经基本凝固另一个稍微有点流心，但口感很是非常水嫩的摆盘时虽然看到龙虾壳，但是龙虾肉已经都挑出来，壳里是青豆碎泥龙虾肉份量也很实在，大概有六块配菜用的是青豆碎，这点我自己不是很喜欢吃豆子但是不会有很涩的豆味，或者很扎嘴巴基本上面包，蛋，豆子和龙虾口感还是比较和谐的调味上荷兰酱味道属于比较清淡基本上没有什么盐，整体属于可以吃到食材很原始的味道本来这个班尼蛋是没有松露的但其实按照悉尼Cafe卖松露的一贯做法是店家去给你搭配松露的菜不会很多其余的菜色，只要你加钱都可以给你放几片松露上去这家是需要15刀，不过我个人不是很推荐加第一份量小，第二这款松露的味道没有很浓烈在口感上也没有太多加分个人推荐大家就只点班尼蛋就可以其他店家搭配的松露菜色有braised beef ragu，松露夹心雪糕有兴趣自己试试吧吃完如果愿意回来分享一下更加感激不尽！
